I don't think your background is in psychology or psychiatry, but clearly you have learned on the fly and probably can sit down with most psychologists and psychiatrists and be on the same plane. Talk about the mirroring, the giving people the vision of what they wanna see and giving it right back to them. If I mirror someone, they're gonna know that you just used a hostage negotiation trick that Chris Vos taught you out there. And nobody, until they try it, nobody believes that it works. They just, they think it's crazy.
