How to Stop Using Social Media and Get Better Results

Use a timer instead of your phone because if you go on your phone, you're probably going to get wrapped up in social media or text messages. Use an actual time or have it on your desk, put your phone away on airplane mode and put it on 30 minutes or an hour and only focus on one task at once. There's also a way on your phone where you can limit the time that you're allowed to use social. This is a real moment in time. We are coming up on a very long hibernation period. So the best time in my opinion to really focus and do deep work and be mindful of what's ahead is December 27 through January 8th.
