I know a common question that I hear from moms all the time is if I haven't done any kind of exercise or I haven't been exercising for a long time before getting pregnant, am I able to jump in? And what does that look like for me? Yeah, I get that a lot too. So I do always say ask your doctor first, because that's obviously the safest best way to start is ask your doctor. But I don't think it can hurt. I think it can only help. Maybe it's just you start walking or doing some type of movement, like one to two or one to three times a week.
