How to Change It From the Top to the Bottom
It's involving the different levels throughout an organization and how do you involve them well in our case that's one of several things. I find by far the most valuable especially if we have the different groups together so like the different levels together in one workshop though sometimes that does once the high level leaves the room suddenly the dynamics do change questions or the better for the worst or they change. It's good when senior management is there and decisions are just made this is the way it is sometimes on the other hand you learn more about the real needs when they are not thereso we try to have a mix of both okay makes sense.
