How Capy Monitor Netted Out on Earning Out Stock Versus Cash

I'm fortunate in the sense that I had a simple earn out that was not performance related at least. That required me to stay with Capy monitor for a year post close. I ultimately end up leaving about 14 months after closing. But really in terms of how, again, this is not me blowing smoke at the Ross, but how they treated me as a founder selling a business. It was very honorable to be said about that extent.
