Some of the most delicious food is in the winter. The same distribution chain that makes local food so expensive also gives us pineapples and citrus fruit in the middle of the of the winter. It's not natural to be able to have sites and w york in, uh, january, right? And if you treat it as a luxury, i think you enjoy it more than anyone else.
