How to Maximize Your Outbound Direct Motion

The pure outbound direct motion. What we try to do is split it into two. So how much can we automate with our CTO and head of product? And then we have KPIs around like personal first high quality email written to prospects. We still look at that because that is a different type of conversion rate. I think the things that we're adding is like we always know, okay, how many former customers are coming into another account? Are we adopting them at 100% or very close to the end? How big of a pipeline source does that become?
