The Chilipad for Insomnia

i have struggled with insomnia for most of my adult life, and that would be onset insomnia. So if these things can work for me, i think they can work for many of you as well. I'm going to talk about five or so things that have really helped me very, very directly. The chilipad is a thin sheet that you put under your normal bed sheets, and a unit next to the bed that circulates water through that sheet.
