The Problem With Crossfit Movement Patterns

Crossfit has a huge problem with certain movement patterns in crossfit and we all have to agree that there's a problem. The two biggest things essentially what we need to change or most teams with data change is first of all the implements, then it's also the technique. We are being taught incorrectly so was I so and the squad did they lift the press? Most of those movements all a lot of the only lifts at least here are being taught the wrong way resulting in a number of shoulder issues Lower back issues stuff like that. But we have to tackle the issue before it tackles us What scares me the most is the idea that some assholes somewhere will put the tag of the crossfit
