How to Get Better Sleep

Don't look at screens before bed, or have your t v in the bedroom. Blue light interferes with sleep cycles and shifts circating rhythm forward. Some of the things i do is on my phone, you can put it in night mode. There's also a few google it e phone red light trickifyo showed me that  you can suck all the blue light out of the phon. It also makes instagr i'm really boring at night, so des e it cind of helps.
