The Parallels Between Buddhist Philosophy and Western Psychotherapy
Buddhist wisdom is not just in Buddhism but in a lot of these different traditions that share this similar philosophy. One poem I've often shared on the show is is roomies the guest house which you've probably heard of. It's interesting that like the Buddhist as these are these are visiting or visitors again not not citizens dwelling within us forever and it's really interesting for me to go back and forth and back and forth.
