Introduction
Ferrik Fung talks about his training and life leading up to the European Open in Ibiza. Ferrik says last week was a pretty good week for him actually as he arrived here in Sarafel. The Monday was day off so it started very very quiet just did some core work and like injury prevention stuff which took like roughly 40 minutes other than that. Tuesday started with a 65-minute run checking out the local trades hereactually I just copied a loop that Fred sent to me which he recommended. He's really positively surprised about the amount of trails you got here.
