Is It Worth the Extra Turn on Revenue?
In search, where you are paying anywhere from four to eight times ibeta, the math is such that as long as you buy a good business, enter it, and are able to do well. A buying a businessa at a discount for like, less less of a turn on revenue, a where there might be some questions around seller integrity, is actually not worth it. There's no number that compensates for lack of integrity. It's just walk away. You can't even if you can get itis at a discount.
