How to Find Your Limits With Workouts
Don't eat a pan of lazania right before your workouts. I recommend doing it by hand, in an old fashioned note book. And then at the end of every day, you can have your tally of 300 swings and just check that off. This is a challenge. Yes, it's meant to be hard, hence the name challenge. It's intentionally, intelligently structured. We're not being idiots about this. Ah, my motto is always, look challenged, but successful. If you want to find your limits, you can find them very quickly,. The goal is to work intelligently, kind of up to and around your limits, so that we can expand them.
