Michael Wolraich: How did you start down this path? Was there an aha moment? I mean, here you're very well known for this classic book influence. He says it was series of recognitions as he read the newest research in behavioral science and persuasion science that a lot of the work on priming or anchoring didn't involve the six principles of influence. It forced him to go back to his research which was to infiltrate as many influence professions as he could get access to by taking their training.
