Be Kind to Yourself
Be kind to yourself. A, and that itself is the bounse for many peopple, rightly. Be kind tor somebody else. But how do you be kind to yourself? Hows i gi an example. Rat o, i don't know about you, but ig to these social medeor doomscol things pretty much every day. Et oa, sometimes i end up spending time till one o'clock in the night even though i know that i cannot be doing that. It's not good for my mental health. And i have a very clear target that for me, i want a good night time routine,. That does not happen.
