I'm also curious about for women that are getting started like just now with pregnancy or for women who have been training before. And we know that pregnancy kind of changes the way that you train that you train particularly as your belly gets bigger. Do you have specific tips for moms that are listening for like how to work out and train safely? Yeah. Um, I again, in my programs, it kind of starts out with,. if you don't really have a belly yet, things don't really change as far as your workout routine. So this pregnancy, I actually added like 40 weeks of workouts with me on my app.
