Picking the Best Habits for Consistency

If push ups have no meaning for you, that's not a great habit to pick. Don't pick habits and feel like sholds. If meditation has no meaning other than you just heard it in a ted talk, or somebody told you you tou meditate tat's got really hard for you to nail the meditation habit. You can always be consistent. So you're designing for consistency. And as long as you keep that habit alive, it has a chance to be bigger the next day, and so on.
