The BDM - The Single Point of Contact for New Clients

We started with the, so our BDM was our most experienced property manager. And he was responsible to sign up and manage property for the first 30 days. But as we grew, you got to keep the sales guy in some of the phone and handle the stuff. So quickly realized that this was not going to be possible. We've since assigned one of our employees basically to that role. That employee now is kind of the single point of contact for a new client.
