The Importance of Journey Maps in Agile Design

I find that teams working in an agile way often lose the forest for the trees as the saying goes, right? They get so focused on what's going on in this sprint and maybe the next. But a journey map helps you identify here's a problem where we can fix here's an opportunity. And I think when people start with those very concrete points, it's not that hard for a team to say, how could we fix this one thing? The workshop is really focused on transitioning from that kind of artifact and turning it into a real design.
