When it comes to flow moments, I think it's a practice state where we don't treat the days differently. If you have all your rovers in alignment for this neuroplastic state, that's also going to be the state where you can more easily achieve a flow state because you have a good foundation. And much of it is actually looking at how you perceive the resources and demands for yourself and for the environment that you're in.
