I've not seen anyone sculpting to be honest. People are just mainly just doing the weights and stuff. I normally go and chat to my personal trainer about fantasy football. That's normally what I spend my time on. Is there fitness involved at all then? Really? Yeah, I'll use a distraction tactic to try and do as little fitness as possible. What apparatus is you're doing now on like rings or something? Rings. Oh, so you need some quite a lot of upper body strings.
