Chinese Bank Lending Money to Development Countries

China's increasing capital exports abroad after 2008 also increased tensions with both the US government and US corporations. One remedy or attempt of the Chinese government to rescue the profit force of many Chinese enterprise is to help them create little demand in the overseas market. So it is a very explicit external kind of stimulus that the Chinese bank lend money to foreign countries in the developing world.
