We're at a point of tension where our desire for security is increasingly restricting the abilities of companies to trade, to invest. The government is finding new and different ways to restrict that capability. It's intended to make sure that pet projects like the aerospace industry, for vladimir pudon, would suffer if he invaded ukraine.
