The Importance of Having a Curriculum
Having a plan is really important. I used to just kind of go okay what am I teaching today uh need through past you know and but what it would what would end up happening was I'd end up always choosing a more sexy topic that get people excited. As a coach as well Geez um is there anything you think I should be talking about? It's like the breadth versus depth thing, trying to teach everything but also give people specific games. Even though you got a curriculum it is important to be looking around the room and paying attention to where people are having issues too. If you'll be looking around and everyone's stuck under side control and you haven't got that in your curriculum
