So I don't know if I'm bad at it, but I certainly am intentionally ignorant to it, which means I don't love doing it. And here's why. There's a lot of people who listen to the show who've got a lot of experience expertise. They've led teams. They do coaching. They have written books and all this kind of stuff. Consistently, I hear from people, I have no idea how to charge for my time for this thing.
