The Keys to Getting Stronger for Netball

I like to set it up very similar to our release crease prime. I'll have three exercises in one rotation and three in a secondary rotation. But within those, they will stay pretty consistent for probably five to seven training sessions - depending on the complexity of it. They then have multiple sessions to learn it, build, adapt to it. And then I change. The idea is they're creating some coordinated responses that get some neural responses. It's about being creative while still having sensible progression. At the end of the day, the key that I'm looking for from that is to prep them for the session. So we do 45 degree angle pogo work with load, simple D cell
