Positive Emotions Have a Value
There's a very strong negativety bias that i no measure for measure, negative is stronger than positive inin terms of themotion. Negative survival trumps investment in he future. In order to flourish and really be at am a, you know, higher levels of mental well being, the ratio of positive to negative emotions needs to be higher than one to one. The typical ratio across all people is about two to one. People who are flourishing, doing really well in life, tem to have ratios three to one, four to one, five to one,.
