Zina Financial Planning is the name of the firm and I launched the firm in July of 2020. At this stage, we have just over 40 clients. I think we're at 41, about 275 K of recurring revenue and that's all flat fee. And then our niche is women in the tech industry. Okay. So, I want to dig in a little bit more later of just what this flat fee model looks like in women in tech and what the service offering looks like. But now, so help us understand a littlebit more.
