Is She Having a Chronic Pulmonary Infection?
Pulmonary embolism is something I never want to miss. She's not someone who I'd listen to two spots on her back and leave it at that. A chronic pulmonary infection would be unlikely, too. If she ended up with P.E.'s, I'd be worried about why she was having P.E., but that would be a different story.
