Having an Agency Is a Pain in the Right?
Running an agency is a pain in the right? Because you end up, like, 80 % of your work ends at being operational stuff. This is fun, challenging work. Even if a project goes sideways, you're always learning. And when it works out, it's incredibly satisfying. We've always had a set of more principles that are like, ok, when it has to be an organization that's doing something that we want to happen in the world.
