I Love That 130 Miles Out There

Florida has so much opportunity left that I'd rather be there in her pound gorilla central Florida or all of Florida than to be in two or three or four markets and taking the institutional side of things. So yeah, it really depends on that open wreck as well. But right now we're still growing at the clip I'm happy with. We've never done an acquisition. There's a lot of things that yeah, I think if we were to expand acquisitions has to be part of that game for some other way of getting outside of just the next market over.
