How to Optimize Your Sleep Performance

HRV is a great proxy about how rested you are, right? And you want HRV to be as high as possible, so the higher the better. If you have alcohol before going to bed, you will screw your sleep performance. I'm obviously doing everything to optimize my sleep problems. Sometimes I do sauna in ice bath, so what they call a thermal shock. All the lights in my house, they switch to orange a couple of hours before go to bed to stimulate melatonin.
