I became aware of in it, as excuse me, I think I became more aware in that I was having more struggles, but didn't really link it so much. I just noticed a shift from when I was living at home and eating really well to moving away and making more independent food choices. There needs to be more education around how to actually get more balanced to milk. Liver is often popular with everyone's favourite, but not everybody can eat it. And there are lots of ways you can make organ meat into delicious meals if you treat them the right way. If you use your imagination, you can, you can make eggs go a really long way.
