Is There a Difference in Credibility With a Seller?
Searchers are coming into an industry where they have no experience, and getting the searcher to trust that they'll be able to learn the industry. It would seem to me that, ah, that dance becomes even more complicated if you're buying a business with ever more specialization. I think there certainly is. Certainly for the more, the more technical business, just the expectation would grant ta the searcher would have more technical background.
