Are You Generating Good Quality Leads?
Companies that generate high volume of low intent, bad weeds can't do this because they need a lo cost employee to sort through a hundred leads. And if you focus on high intent leads, those leads are going to convert to an opportunity somewhere between 20 and 70%. When the conversion rates are that good, change your mind sor yet. Stop measuring activity, shift to measuring good quadiles. Then i think the second point that we were getting into there is all about optimising that conversion and making sure the right people are speaking to the customer.
