I like to take a deload week and make my client and individualize it. Instead of just following anabolic by 50% on I would say hey this week we're doing all mobility work. You'll notice certain tightness in your shoulders or hips so addressing that in the deload week is the best time for you. adding in unilateral training is a really good way to address that as well.
