The Influence of the Media on Farmers Reputation
I would argue there is no greater influence than what we see in the media. I remember that there was a survey earlier this year from patient view showing that farmers reputation among patient advocacy groups was continuing to improve. We've just seen in the last couple of years an example of where reputation had a very material effect on the actual business of what we do. It's absolutely now worth it for us to invest, to be aware of, and to make a significant quantifiable effort towards improving reputation. And particularly with Generation Z or Z, they care far less about brand than any other generation before. So if you cannot prove yourself of how good your story is, then I'm afraid you're not
