How HSL Helped Launch the New Zone Model
The launch was a long process and I can't say how many months it took but there was a lot of preparation and then everything happens at one night so it's a big bang you kind of filled up prep. HSL did a fantastic job in in communicating this and the transition was actually very smooth because we understood what the pain points may be.
