How Bel Campo Survived the Pandemic

Bel Campo, the company that I co-founded and around the board chair of like the start of the pandemic, had to shut down two restaurants immediately. And we then in our locations in California, we have five really leaned into food delivery. So we were able to pivot to that and actually sustain our revenues throughout the pandemic. We launched an e-commerce business as well, pretty small. It was a very complex time but maybe the most exciting and interesting time of my career.
