Last year, we had an average of three point seven, four offers on every lifting that we put out. There was a mania for all things digital. Pop up business brokers that focus solely on selling directly to aggregators and only aggregators are out of business. We've had some that have had to be black listed because they behaved very poorly in due diligence. And so ye, there was definitely a mania.
