The Plate Method for Moms

The plate method is not a term that I coined. Many other people have worked on various plates with, you know, food groups or macronutrients laid out in a specific way. And so that looks like approximately a quarter of your plate coming from protein, as well as the fat that's meant to be in those protein sources. About half of your plate comes from primarily non-starchy vegetables, and those should be prepared with a little bit of fat as well.
