I noticed postpartum with my first compared to my second is completely different. And there's three things that I've really been doing that I think are so different. When I get out of that cold punch, it balances my hormones. Then I'm eating a bunch more meat, which I want to get into with you. Also feel like weightlifting has really helped with this postpartum experienceCompared to the first one where I had a, basically, with, with postpartum depression and anxiety. These are all tools to support homeostasis, right? Bringing balance, whether it's nutrient density from foods or cryotherapy.
