How to Do a Barbell Military Press Workout

Stuart has been doing kettlebells with his clients. They do standing vertical overhead press for three sets of five to eight and then they're actually going to do a little drop set on the last one as well. There's only two exercises in each of them we've put a third block in which again this is a pump session so it's super simple and that means it flows really easy.
