How to Deal With Productivity Shame
Until only a few years ago, I would never have dreamed of talking to anyone about something like procrastination. One view of shame cast it as something we feel when we're overly concerned with how other people view us. Aristotle calls it a fear of disrepute. On that sort of view, shame isn't something we need to worry about when there's no fear of discovery.
