The Need for Change in Belgian Government
The Flemish government has embraced service design as a way to improve things. There is a big project called Radically Digital 2020, where they aim to be 100% digital by then. That is one small part who sees it that way. A lot of the government still do not know about service design, but at least there is a core trying to bring the message to other parts of the government.
