Content Design and Content Structure Go Hand in Hand
Sarah Richards says that in her content design book and in her work is the difference between content design and writing. And it's the same thing with the structure. It definitely makes more sense for the authors that the end users of the CMS when it's structured, although they don't necessarily know it. The core model work that the folks at NetLife and beyond have been doing also inform that.
