The release of the Azov commanders was a big mistake on Erdogan's part. The one thing that Vladimir Putin himself really doesn't take kindly to is when people break their word to him. And once again, I'm saying it, he gained nothing. No. Or at least nothing of real substance. But you know, that's Erdogan.
