There's a lot happening in the first year of the revolution right people call it the spring time of the revolution and it's really a period of openness relative openness. The revolutionary committees are essentially taking on law enforcement duties not only law enforcement also some social social services because the state has collapsed. It is that kind of cacophonous context in which the IRP and the revolutionary guard corps have slowly but surely sort of positioning themselves against each other.
