Are You Harsh in Your Inner Critic?
If you're a one, you may not realize how much stress you're carrying around in your body. Your wings can help provide you with some stabilizers till i lean into some kindness with yourself. Be kind to yourself. And nine, be gentle with yourself. M, so i do have a lot of compassion for you guys as ones am. You're hard on yourself. Harsh. Inner critic, harsh. Ok, so what's the opposite o harsh, like easy, easy going, a fluid kind wow, look at what your other wing is there. Is number two. Can you see that? Kind kind look at nine. Gentle your other wing.
